Our medical secretaries are trained to record and relay messages and schedule routine appointments. Our staff can assist with medical questions and arrange urgent appointments. When a call-back from a physician is necessary, these will be done as time allows, usually after clinic appointments are complete.

APPOINTMENTS
Available from 8:30 to 5:00 Monday - Friday.

Specific appointment times are made for the convenience of both you and the physicians. While every effort is made by our physicians to keep to the appointed schedule, the nature of medical practice is such that unexpected emergencies do occur, which may delay us. We will keep you informed when these delays happen. Rest assured that when you become acutely ill, we will also make time for you.

Our standard appointment interval is 15 minutes; exams for annual or periodic physicals are 30 minutes. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment so insurance matters can be addressed by the receptionist. If you must cancel an appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance so that the time can be released to another patient.
